Concept 5: standard product pool
In cooperation with platform partners and several X-Ref. Systems, we provide for each client dedicated pools of standard products. Around each segment of standard products we can provide a pool of similar products which should be the standard building blocks for R&D departments.
This will:
- drastically decrease the amount of select-able components
- decrease the research time on actual crosses
- significantly reduce BOM variations
- increase re-use of selected standard products
- overall increases the BOM resilience.
